Behavioural Management, Alaska, Inc. provides a
variety of educational programs designed to meet the need of active
adults.
|
|
Behavioural Management provides federally mandated programs for recurrent
training of employee's under DOT Drug and Alcohol Abatement programs on
the Web.
Substance Abuse
Professional (SAP) evaluations, rehabilitation assistance and follow-up
services are provided under the scope of this program. For
individuals or organizations not enrolled in the Behavioural Management
EAP costs for these services are competitive.

Standard Evaluations
|
|
Standard evaluation of
individuals that are considered to have positive test results will
consist of:
- Administration of Assessment
Instruments
- Face-to-Face interview
- Collaboration through collateral
contacts of information developed.
- Written results to the Medical
Review Officer (MRO) in a standardized format.
- On-going monitoring of
rehabilitation program
- Written recommendations for
return-to-duty by the Medical Review Officer.
