Education Programs can
serve two primary purposes in relation to counseling or an Employee
Assistance Program. By providing individual with specific
information and skills, such programs educate participants about
recognition and prevention of problems, and may also provide tools to
deal with such issues. Additionally, BMA Education Seminars
increase awareness of, and familiarity with, Counseling or an Employee
Assistance Program, thus enhancing client utilization.
Behavioural Management has also
developed custom training and education programs in response to
customer-specific issues such as Conflict Resolution, Workplace
Violence, Drug/Alcohol-Free Workplace and Alcohol Free Workplace
programs.
